What We’re Looking For
The Role
As a Swim Teacher at Water Heroes, you’ll conduct engaging and safe swimming lessons for students of various ages and skill levels. You’ll monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, maintain a positive learning environment, and communicate effectively with both students and parents. Your role is to inspire confidence and instill a lifelong love of swimming.
What You Bring
We’re looking for individuals who are strong swimmers, genuinely passionate about teaching, and patient with learners of all ages. You should be an excellent communicator, reliable, and punctual. Most importantly, you should have a willingness to learn and continuously improve your teaching skills. Prior teaching experience is not required—we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.
